What should I do if I forgot my log in information?
Unfortunately, we do not store login information on our system. You can recover your password very easily by clicking the 'My Account' link. For your protection, all you have to do is input your registered email address, and hit the 'Request a New Password' button, and a new password will be sent to the registered email address. This is only good for ONE use, and you will need to change it after you login. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service, and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I open a U-NEED-IT.COM credit account?
After you download, and complete, the credit application, you have 3 ways to get it back to us.

How do you protect my credit card information?
We do not store credit card information on our servers.
You can safely pay with your credit card during the checkout process using our secure server driven by Comodo’s proven system.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your items(s).
How do I track my order?
We offer two convenient ways in which to track your order:
Click on the ‘Track My Order’ tab on the home page of our website.After logging in you will be able to view all information pertaining to your orders.
It’s easy! Just log in to your account and review the order history at the bottom of the page. Your order number will be listed.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the “My Account” button at the top right hand side of our site and scroll down to “Order/Billing” History. Look to see if all items you requested are listed on the invoice and were not listed as “Back Ordered.” Then, ensure that all items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your order shows a status of “delivered”, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
When will my back order arrive?
Because we use a multitude of suppliers, back orders are a rare occurrence. However, if an item is on back order, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Please contact our Customer Service Department about a back order or assistance in selecting another product.
What is your shipping policy?
Our principal parcel carrier is UPS Ground.The cost of shipping a package will depend on the subtotaled price, weight, and
location. Shipments over $155.00 that weigh 60lbs or less qualify for FREE SHIPPING.Otherwise, shipments will be charged $6.95 + $0.59 per pound.All shipping costs are clearly indicated, prior to finalizing your transaction. What are the shipping exceptions?
·We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
·Our fees do not include anything beyond curbside delivery.
·Parcel carriers classify some items as HAZARDOUS.These items are subject to
an additional handling fee.
How do I estimate delivery time?
We know that you need your products and you need them fast! To accommodate our customers' needs, we offer shipping , through UPS Ground,
